Healing and Stretching with Dawn (35 Minutes) 
Join this class for a slower paced workout. We will lengthen and tone our muscles with a focus on our core. It’s a healthy and relaxing way to start your week.

Zumba (60 Minutes)
Party the pounds away!!! Shake, move, grove, feel the rhythm and tone your body. Have a great time laughing, dancing, and meeting new faces during this high class

Fit at 5 (60 Minutes) w/Shannon, Serenity’s CPT  
Kick your Friday off with this high energy full body class!  This class is for all levels, and will offer modifications as needed. Four basic parts will be incorporated:  Warm Up, Strength, HIIT, AB/Core. ?’
